A Health Fair is an educational and interactive event designed for outreach to provide basic preventive medicine and medical screening to people in the community or employees at work, in conjunction with workplace wellness.

At a Health Fair, various booths may be set up from local hospitals, universities, and wellness and preventive medicine vendors to educate the community and employees. Health screening tests may be performed to evaluate an individual’s cholesterol, blood pressure, height/weight, blood sugar, bone density, and a variety of other biometric measures.
A Health Fair is an opportunity to improve healthy habits in the community and at the workplace by allowing individuals to engage in conversation about common health conditions. Health Fairs also bring awareness to the community regarding the benefits of being educated on the health services that are available, which has an overall positive impact in the workplace.
